These are the terms and conditions on which Dural (UK) Ltd (“Dural”, “We” or “Us”) will do business with the Customer.

PRICES

• All prices are shown exVAT and are per metre unless otherwise stated.

• Delivery will be charged on all orders below the value of f’.200 NETT
• A supplement may be applied for orders to the Scottish Highlands and Northern lreland.
• lf the delivery of the goods is delayed through circumstances beyond the control of Dural (UK) Ltd the company will not accept any claims for loss or damage incurred by late or non delivery.

TITLE

• Title to the goods will remain the property of Dural (UK) Ltd until such time as full payment has been received.

INSPECTION

• Customers are encouraged to inspect the goods on delivery. lnspection by the buyer will be considered as acceptance of the goods. A failure to inspect the goods shall be taken as an acceptance of the goods as delivered.
• Claims for damage or short delivery should be made by telephone immediately and confirmed in writing within 24hours of delivery.

SAMPLES

• Samples are used solely to suggest the general nature and character of the goods.
• Acceptance of the delivery by the buyer will be taken that the buyer has accepted the appearance of the goods. 

INSTALLATION

• The installation of the goods will be taken as an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.
• No claims for damages will be accepted und er any circumstances.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

• Dural (UK) Ltd will not accept any returns unless authorised in writing. Any returns so authorised must be in full and complete lengths. A handling charge of 20% will be levied and all goods will be subjected to inspection. Dural (UK) Ltd decision as to the acceptability of goods for return is final.
• Special order goods will not be accepted for return.
• Cancellation of an order will not be accepted after the goods have been despatched.
• Cancellation of special order goods cannot be accepted.
